Un pied dans le tourisme, un pied dans la tech : notre équilibre, votre avantage.

I'll admit it: at TOOGO, we don't make much noise.

We're not the most visible, we don't try to take up all the space. While some competitors launch big marketing campaigns, I often realize that we move forward quietly — focused on what really matters: improving the platform, listening to our clients, standing by their side every day.

Maybe that makes us less visible in the marketplace. But it doesn't make us any less passionate. Quite the opposite.

Before joining TOOGO, I ran a DMC. I've lived through what so many of our clients still experience today: seasons that start at full speed, tight margins, travelers asking for the "perfect" tailor-made trip, and a team you need to keep motivated even when exhaustion sets in. I've also been through darker moments, like Covid, when everything suddenly stopped — when you had to fight just to stay afloat, with limited resources and a lot of uncertainty.

That's why TOOGO makes sense to me. Because it wasn't invented in a lab by developers cut off from reality. It was born from the field. From the daily life of DMCs. From real experiences — sometimes difficult, sometimes extraordinary.

No software, no matter how good, can replace strong internal organization.

One thing I know: no software, no matter how good, can replace strong internal organization. But once that foundation is in place, TOOGO becomes a powerful ally. It simplifies, clarifies, saves time. And that time is precious. It's what allows you to get back to creating: new products, new experiences, those extraordinary journeys that make the difference between a simple service and an unforgettable memory.

And today again, I was reminded that we're on the right track. During a demo, a Peruvian DMC selling all of South America decided to move closer to us after just the second session. Why? Because they felt TOOGO is more human, less industrial. In the same way, DMCs that were planning to leave us in January have ultimately chosen to stay. Because deep down, they know our difference is this proximity, this listening, this human connection.

Of course, we have competitors — and we always will. Some are more visible, louder, more polished at first sight. But I truly believe our value lies elsewhere:

  • Where many come from pure development, we come from tourism.
  • Where some push for standardization, we support tailor-made.
  • Where others promise, we already have over 15 years of lived experience, shared with agencies all over the world.

So yes, we're not the biggest. Yes, we don't talk much about ourselves. But in the end, does that really matter?

What matters is that our partners know who we are. They know we understand them, that we grow with them, that we travel alongside them.

And that's why I believe in TOOGO. Because here, technology doesn't erase the human factor — it gives it space. And I'm convinced of one thing: there will always be passionate people imagining different kinds of travel — human-scale, locally rooted. Passionate people who will carry our values forward and protect what makes this profession so beautiful.
