A numerology HR audit: the TOOGO team energy map

What if the universe took part in the recruitment? A small (entirely unscientific) audit of the numerology energies that make the TOOGO team tick — with a portrait of everyone.

Almost every energy, in a single team

What's quite incredible about TOOGO is that you find almost every major numerology energy within the team. We have:

  • 1s — the people who launch things and take initiative (Ivan).
  • 2s — the humans of the team, the ones who want everyone to get along (the 11s who become 2s: Kea and Ariel).
  • 3s — communication, creativity, social energy (Agathe, Marie, Alice).
  • 4s — organisation, structure, the famous spreadsheets (Fabrice, whose 22 becomes a 4, Juan, Céline).
  • 5s — movement, new ideas and the "shall we try something?" (Pierre, Huascar).
  • 6s — listening, the human bond, kindness, the urge to pass things on (the 33 who becomes a 6: Lucie).
  • 7s — the minds that analyse everything deeply (Rohely).
  • 8s — ambition, strategy and plans to conquer the world (Héloïse and Sébastien).

And the three master numbers

And on top of that, you find the three master numbers — the ones we naturally follow, the ones with a certain hidden power: 11, 22 and 33.

  • 11 brings the team's intuition, humanity and emotional energy. The visionary.
  • 22 builds, structures and develops the big visions. The builder.
  • 33 gathers, listens and keeps the deeply human side alive. The healer.

And honestly, for a company, that's very strong. Because a good team doesn't need everyone to operate the same way. It needs:

  • creatives,
  • strategists,
  • deeply human profiles,
  • people who bring structure,
  • people who analyse,
  • and people who keep the projects moving.

In short: an almost complete little ecosystem. The universe really does seem to have taken part in the recruitment.

We're just missing a life path 9 to officially complete the team. So if someone reading this is a life path 9: please submit your CV immediately. It might be exactly what TOOGO needs to officially dominate the market.

TOOGO team energy map: 8 energies, 3 master numbers, 1 ecosystem.

The team's (fake) energy audit

Energy analysis of the team — entirely unscientific conclusions:

  • Communication: very high (thanks to the 3s).
  • Organisation: critical level (the 4s have probably already prepared their 2050 plan).
  • Creativity: very strong.
  • New ideas: constant (the 5s have already changed their minds three times while reading this paragraph).
  • Mental analysis: highly developed (Rohely is probably still thinking about this text).
  • Ambition: extremely high (the 8s already have a 5-year strategic plan).
  • Emotional sensitivity: very present (the 11s sense tensions on Teams before the meetings even start).
  • Human energy: thankfully present (thanks to the 33).

Official conclusion of this entirely unscientific audit: the TOOGO team seems to run on a very precise blend of strategy, intuition, organisation, creativity and complementary energies.

Team portraits

Fabrice — Life path 22/4

In numerology, 22 is considered a "master number": it's often called the master builder. Someone able to think big, to structure, to create, to develop and to turn ideas into concrete projects. Work, project, work…

And with Fabrice, let's just say the universe didn't do things by halves. Because he was born on 22 April. So: a master once, a builder twice, then the 22 reduces to a 4 — the number of structure, organisation and the concrete. In other words, Fabrice probably arrived on Earth with a spreadsheet already open.

Fabrice:

  • builds for the long term,
  • creates synergies,
  • thinks strategically by nature,
  • develops solid projects (that alone is reason enough to choose TOOGO).

The trap of the double 22?

  • wanting to control everything,
  • never really "switching off" the brain,
  • turning a coffee break into a strategy meeting.

But then again, when you're a double master builder, control kind of comes with the package.

The 22 doesn't make projects. It builds empires.

Agathe, Marie & Alice — Life path 3

Life path 3 is linked to communication, expression and the light you bring around you. When a 3 dims or no longer dares to take up space, you feel it fast — because a 3 who shines usually brings a lot of positive energy. And often, a lovely connection with children.

3s aren't necessarily the loudest people in the room. But when they take their place, when they dare to express themselves, create, laugh or share something, you naturally notice them. A 3 often needs to:

  • feel recognised,
  • be able to express themselves freely,
  • bring their personality to a group,
  • create connection and energy around them.
The 3 turns a simple anecdote into a TED Talk.

The slightly-too-much 3 side?

  • wanting to do everything too well,
  • fearing what others think,
  • feeling frustrated when they can't express themselves or be recognised.

So, a little message: never stop talking, creating, laughing or sharing your ideas. That's literally where your energy is at its most beautiful.

Céline & Juan — Life path 4

Life path 4 is the energy of organisation, structure and "let's do this properly". 4s like things to be clear, organised, structured and at least a little anticipated. They're often the reliable people of the team, the ones who secure the projects and think of the details everyone else forgot.

The slightly-too-much 4 side?

  • wanting to check "just one last time",
  • not exactly loving last-minute changes,
  • having their own perfectly organised spreadsheets.

4s often have a natural talent for bringing order back to chaos.

The 4 has probably already built a spreadsheet to organise their holidays.

Kea & Ariel — Life path 11/2, the visionary

11 is a master number in numerology. It's a figure often associated with intuition, inspiration and great sensitivity. And since 11 also reduces to 2, you also find the need for harmony, cooperation, human relationships, the wish to get along with others, and strong emotional sensitivity.

11/2s are often intuitive, human and positive people, who feel the emotions and energies around them very strongly. And the 2 side generally just wants everyone to get along, the atmosphere to be good, and a bit of peace in the work chat.

The slightly-too-much 11/2 side?

  • overthinking, sometimes,
  • feeling things very intensely,
  • being anxious without always knowing why,
  • taking certain tensions a little too much to heart.

But honestly, 11s often have that slightly special ability to pick up on things others don't necessarily see. 11/2s bring a really beautiful human energy to a team.

Lucie — Life path 33/6, the healer

33 is the 6 taken to a very high level: love for others, at maximum power. It's a master number, often associated with very human, empathetic people who are deeply turned towards others — the trusted person par excellence, with strong emotional intelligence.

33/6s generally love to help, listen, gather people, take care of those around them, pass things on and bring good energy. They're often people who feel others' emotions a lot — sometimes even a little too much.

The slightly-too-much 33 side?

  • wanting to help everyone,
  • carrying a lot on their shoulders,
  • being emotionally affected by the mood around them.

But 33s often bring something very reassuring and positive to a team. And sometimes they give so much to others that you want to remind them: ok, now think about yourself a little too. (It's settled: tomorrow, Lucie, you stop working.)

The 6 emotionally adopts every sad person within five metres.

Ivan — Life path 1

Life path 1 is often the energy of independent, ambitious people who like to move forward their own way. 1s like to take initiative, launch ideas, move fast, keep their autonomy and do things their way. In a team, they're often the ones who find solutions quickly, take the lead naturally and don't necessarily wait to be told what to do.

The slightly-too-much 1 side?

  • wanting to go faster than everyone else,
  • thinking they've already understood before the explanation is over,
  • having a small problem with people who are too slow.

But 1s often bring a lot of energy, initiative and momentum to a team.

The 1 doesn't ask for permission. They launch the project… then read the manual afterwards.

Pierre & Huascar — Life path 5

Life path 5 is often the energy of freedom, movement and people who like to do things their own way. 5s hate cages, love to experiment, like to move, seek adventure and often make up their own rules (that reminds us of someone). In a team, they're often the ones who bring new ideas, hate being bored and love it when things move and change.

The slightly-too-much 5 side?

  • changing their mind along the way,
  • having twelve ideas a minute,
  • being a little impulsive sometimes,
  • keeping a very personal relationship with the rules.

Honestly, telling a 5 "we're going to do exactly the same thing for 10 years" is probably their worst nightmare. But 5s bring a huge amount of energy, spontaneity and freshness to a team.

The 5 sometimes changes their whole life every six months… just to see.

Héloïse & Sébastien — Life path 8

Life path 8 is often the energy of ambition, power and success. 8s are often drawn to projects that move forward, concrete success, efficiency, management and anything that helps build something solid. The 8 is also linked to power, authority, professional success, money, and a strong sense of justice and balance.

In a team, they're often the ones who keep a cool head, find solutions quickly and want things to move forward efficiently.

The slightly-too-much 8 side?

  • wanting to manage everything,
  • thinking strategy even outside work,
  • turning a shopping list into a plan for world domination.

8s often bring a huge amount of strength, motivation and genuine leadership energy to a team.

Rohely — Life path 7

Life path 7 is often the energy of cerebral, intuitive people who like to understand things in depth. 7s analyse, think a lot, look for meaning, love to learn and are often drawn to spirituality, reflection or philosophy. In a team, they're often the ones who step back before acting, notice details others don't see, and think a great deal before speaking.

The slightly-too-much 7 side?

  • living a little too much in their head, sometimes,
  • analysing a situation for three days,
  • needing solitude to think about things no one else thinks about.

7s often have that slightly mysterious side where you sense they understand things more deeply than others. And in a team, they bring an enormous amount of reflection, perspective and understanding.

Numerology doesn't define the person: it simply points to the predominant tendency. And it's the balance between all these energies that makes the collective strong.
