A conversation with Héloïse on the features that have transformed daily operations since 2023. In three years, Toogo has gone from being an excellent operational tool to a platform enriched by AI, automation and learning resources that really change the daily lives of DMCs.

Lucie — What is the feature that everyone should be using but no one really knows about?

Héloïse — When I implemented Toogo in 2023, the way we learned the software was very different. We relied mainly on documentation, training sessions and support tickets.

Today, one of the most underrated features is Raymundo, Toogo's AI assistant. Connected to the Training Center, it allows users to get instant answers when they have a question about a process or a feature.

Instead of searching through documentation or asking a colleague, users can simply ask Raymundo and receive guidance in seconds. For new team members especially, it dramatically reduces the learning curve and helps teams become autonomous much faster.

Lucie — What can you do today in less than 5 minutes with Toogo that used to take half a day before?

Héloïse — Autofill Translations are probably the best example. A few years ago, translating product descriptions, destinations or travel content required a significant amount of manual work. Teams often had to duplicate content and adapt it language by language. Today, AI-powered translation tools can generate and adapt descriptions in minutes while keeping consistency across the database.

Another major time saver is the creation of modules in trip builder. Building a program used to involve a lot of copying, checking and formatting. With reusable modules and structured content, travel designers can now assemble itineraries in just a few clicks.

The result isn't only faster production but also more consistency across proposals.

Lucie — If you arrive at a DMC that is just starting with Toogo, where would you tell them to begin?

Héloïse — Implementing a software is never just about technology. It's also an opportunity to review and organize your data. My first recommendation would be to take a step back and review the existing database.

Once the initial setup is completed, I would recommend creating one product from each major category available in Toogo. This hands-on approach allows users to understand how the different components interact with each other and quickly gain confidence in the system.

The good news is that today's users have access to resources that didn't exist when I first implemented Toogo in 2023. Between Raymundo and the Training Center, teams can learn at their own pace and revisit procedures whenever they need to.

Lucie — Is there a feature in Toogo that genuinely saved you one day — a situation that could have gone badly without it?

Héloïse — Thanks to the centralization of financial data and the monitoring of operations, we were able to quickly identify an anomaly that would probably have gone unnoticed with scattered tools.
