Everything is online (cloud computing): no intervention at your premises for installation or maintenance.

No viruses, no conflict with other software, no incompatibility with your operating system — and it's available wherever you go. Training is also available via e-learning or remotely.

Support often costs more than the software! Is it the same with you?

Accepted Answer

Small issue, usage question, minor bug: you send a report integrated directly into TOOGO, we see the problem and respond as quickly as possible — at no cost. Major issue (for example data deleted by mistake): if the technicians' intervention exceeds one hour, it is billed. If the error comes from TOOGO, there is no support cost, of course. If you prefer in person: a TOOGO expert can travel to train you, or you can opt for e-learning and remote training.

I'm a network of DMCs or I have several operations centres: is TOOGO suitable?

It was one of the designers' ambitions: to make it possible to work as a network and remotely, to ease communication between inbound operators or operations centres running combined tours. TOOGO makes it easy to produce shared, consistent travel documents (technical sheet, travel book, pricing…) and smooths the coordination of bookings and operations between agencies.

These systems only work well with a well-filled database, and that takes years. Is it the same with TOOGO?

Filling the database is a mandatory step, common to all systems of this kind. How long it takes depends on your size — number of suppliers, products, destinations, languages — and above all on your involvement and the resources allocated. What matters isn’t the time "lost" setting up TOOGO, but the time you save afterwards: 30 to 35% for a destination advisor, a bookings manager or a logistics officer. A "time" investment paid off within a few months — more comfort, less stress, more efficiency for the whole team.

TOOGO is a constantly evolving project that grows with every idea. Your remarks and suggestions are studied and can lead to an evolution of the software. Betting on the participatory approach doesn’t mean developing everything: we avoid the over-engineered, complex and inconsistent "gas factory". If you have very specific needs and want exclusive tools, we can provide a quote for their design and development.
