The Travel Guide App: the travel app for your travelers.
The only travel app on the market natively built into your DMC software. A travel app in the spirit of Polarsteps: your traveler follows their trip and records their experience in real time — notes, photos, voice memos.
Their whole trip, right in their pocket.
The app feeds on TOOGO’s data and follows the trip you built. A living app where the traveler becomes part of their own journey.
Today’s activity, where to sleep tonight- What comes next and the full itinerary
- The good addresses, available at any time
Their notes, photos and voice — private, shared or collective.
Logistics make a trip possible, feelings make it unforgettable: a warmth, a scent, a piece of music, a face. At every moment that matters, the traveler captures theirs while it is still vivid.
- A note, a photo, a voice memo — in real time
- Private, or shared with the group: the traveler chooses
For the agency, field feedback nothing replaces.
Because it draws on the same database as your quotes, suppliers, CRM and operations, the Travel Guide App sends you immediate field feedback. These live impressions are precious material: honest, unfiltered feedback, lived from the inside during the trip — far richer than a survey sent three weeks later.
