Ten voices, one tool: ten DMCs on TOOGO, unfiltered
Ten DMCs using TOOGO — from the very first days of implementation to fifteen years of use — share their unfiltered take: enthusiasm, watch-outs, and what really makes the difference.
We can't cover every DMC that uses TOOGO around the world — there are many, on every continent. But for this issue, we wanted to bring together a real panel: agencies that have only just started their implementation, and others that have used the tool for ten, fifteen years. Enthusiastic feedback, and franker takes on what still needs improving. The idea: to give the floor, unfiltered, to those who live with TOOGO every day — so that the DMCs discovering us today can form their own opinion from real testimonials.
Taking part in this issue:
- Nathalie, founder and director of Thaïlande Évasion (Thailand) — implementing
- Philippe, founder of Immersion Australe (Réunion Island) — implementing
- Laura Mauro, founder of Terra Morocco (Morocco)
- Marjorie, co-founder of Atypique Lanka (Sri Lanka, etc.)
- Simon, co-founder of France By Locals (France)
- Bruno, founder of Shak’Heart Events (France) and R-Evolution (Colombia, Cuba)
- David Roa, Product Manager at Chaska Tours (Colombia)
- Karina Rodríguez, sales director of Mayan Touring (Mexico)
- Max Kubiak, Once Upon a Trip (New Zealand)
- Mickaël Rimbault, founder of Nortrip (Nordic countries)
They took the plunge

Two agencies, two ends of the world, one same starting point: Nathalie has just launched TOOGO's implementation for Thaïlande Évasion, while Philippe is only just beginning his own for Immersion Australe, his brand-new agency on Réunion Island.
Nathalie explains what convinced her: “We needed a tool truly suited to an inbound agency like ours, able to centralise all the creation and management of our trips.” On the support, she is already convinced: “You really feel supported as you get to grips with the tool.”
Philippe, for his part, was looking for a tool able to grow with an agency that barely exists on paper yet: “What quickly won me over was, first, the ability to centralise the different components of a trip in a single environment.” And on the human exchange that made the difference in his choice: “The conversation with Lucie was particularly pleasant and clearly weighed in my decision.”
Ten years, fifteen years… and still here

At the other end of the spectrum, DMCs that have used TOOGO for a long time and are still here!
Max Kubiak (Once Upon a Trip, New Zealand): “We've been using TOOGO for nearly 15 years. […] It's a bit like the nervous system of our company.”
Bruno (Shak'Heart Events / R-Evolution), whose team has worked together for over 20 years, confirms: “software that was truly designed for DMCs.”
Karina Rodríguez (Mayan Touring, Mexico), a user for about ten years, sums up her daily routine: “The first thing I open is TOOGO.”
David Roa (Chaska Tours, Colombia), 7-8 years of use, describes it as “an indispensable tool.”
These ten voices are only a sample among the many DMCs that trust us around the world. If you are only just starting to think it over, we hope these testimonials, taken as they are — with their enthusiasm as well as their watch-outs — will give you a faithful picture of what TOOGO is day to day, and of the road we still have to travel together.
TOOGO, unfiltered

This panel isn't just a string of compliments. Some DMCs also point out, honestly, what annoyed or complicated things for them along the way.
Marjorie (Atypique Lanka), asked about TOOGO in three words, holds nothing back: “Efficiency, organisation… and sometimes a headache!”
Simon (France By Locals) remembers an implementation that was anything but instant: “It was long, it was laborious.” And on the limits of customisation, he recounts that his team had to get crafty with sometimes very long naming conventions to display certain information — his own way of “bending the system a little.”
What makes the difference: trust

From an implementation just starting out to fifteen years of use, what comes back in each of these testimonials isn't just a list of features.
We've seen it: TOOGO isn't perfect, and no one here claims it is — an implementation can be long, a feature can be missing. But what these ten voices really tell, deep down, is something else: the trust that builds as you discover there are people behind the tool.
Experts who come from the DMC business themselves, who understand what an agency goes through day to day, and who support every organisation, whether it's just starting out or has been established for years. We remain a human-sized team — not an anonymous machine — and that is precisely what allows us to move forward with our community rather than imposing a fixed tool on it.
What they would tell another DMC

Nathalie (Thaïlande Évasion): “Don't wait until you're overwhelmed to upgrade your tools. When your business grows, having a tool suited to your trade lets you save time, structure your work better, and above all stay focused on what matters: creating beautiful trips for our clients.”
David Roa (Chaska Tours): “build your own identity and stay true to it.”
Bruno (Shak'Heart Events / R-Evolution): “Take an hour now, it's free… and you'll probably gain ten tomorrow.”
Karina Rodríguez (Mayan Touring) and Mickaël Rimbault (Nortrip) agree on the same watch-out in the age of AI: “TOOGO is a fantastic tool to boost your company. AI won't be able to replace human warmth, but we can use it consciously,” says Karina. “People must remain at the heart of our strategy,” Mickaël concludes.
